How will I know a student understands? I can see the surface: their hands, their face, and their expressions, but I can't see into the inner workings of their mind. That lurks beneath the usually calm facade. I want to be able to distinguish between random guesses and actual attempts to make connections, even if those connections aren't leading down the right path. Knowledge can be hidden and my goal is to make it clear. By looking for that sweet spot where science, technology, engineering, and math converge, students will be making their knowledge visible. They will be demonstrating their understanding of concepts visually, in forms limited only by their imaginations. #MAKEITVISIBLE!
